Is Katherine Heigl dead to the producers of Grey's Anatomy? Maybe.
Latest buzz hissing from the set of the ABC hit is that creator Shonda Rhimes may be entertaining the idea of killing off Heigl's Dr. Isobel "Izzie" Stevens because of the now infamous remarks Heigl made about the upcoming Emmys.Gone, Heigl, Gone?
Lest you forget, Heigl took herself out of the running for this year's Emmy race because she felt the writers failed to give her enough good material to work with last season.
"It's not good there," a source tells me of the Grey's Anatomy set. "Shonda is pissed. They're thinking of killing her off. They want Izzie dead."
While a dead Izzie may never happen, it would be an ironic twist, because industry insiders have long speculated that Heigl wants to ditch the show.
Going public with her Emmy complaint only increased speculation that she wants out of her contract to focus on her red-hot film career. Heigl may have picked up an Emmy last year, but since then she's become a box-office golden girl with flicks like Knocked Up and 27 Dresses.
A rep for Rhimes said, "I haven't heard anything about that." Reps for Heigl and ABC declined to comment.

MY COMMENTS: "Is this some kind of joke? More people than we know watch Grey's Anatomy not only for its excellence, but also because they love Katherine Heigl. No she isn't the end all be all of the show, but she is a BIG part of it and without her I don't know what the show would be like. I know for me she is one of my greatest attractions. Hope they aren't stupid enough to let her go. But you know what happens when egos are bruised...
I am a HUGE Madonna fan. I've seen many of her concerts and I have never been left disappointed. But I don't know how fond I am of Brittany. I hate that I feel sorry for her. She doesn’t deserve that, but I just can’t help it. She has been through so much turmoil and I know a lot of it is the media.
I went to a Brittany concert a while back, before she started with all her issues, and i have to say I enjoyed it thoroughly. But now, I just don't know. I guess I better stop being a bitch and just give the poor girl a chance. Who am I to judge? These tickets are going to cost an arm and a leg I don't think I'll be able to go to this one. If any of you rich folk out there want to put a smile on a little Floridian Mommy’s face, you can get me the ticket. HE HE HE

Madonna and Britney's 'X-Rated' Video

(July 10) -- If their 2003 MTV Music Awards kiss was too much for you to handle, you definitely should not buy tickets for Madonna's new tour.
Madonna has asked Spears to make a "virtual" appearance on her upcoming Sticky and Sweet tour, which kicks off in August.
"There is footage being shot of Britney in conjunction with Madonna's upcoming tour," Madonna's rep told the Associated Press earlier this week. "That is all the information I have available. The rest is 'a secret.'"
Well, that secret may be out. Gordon Smart of The Sun reports that he's received details of their performance from an on-set source.
According to Smart's column, the Material Girl and Britney have filmed a video for Madonna's upcoming tour that the British tabloid describes as "bondage mummy" and "X-rated." Smart goes on to describe the near-nude erotic number that follows.
An on-set source describes the montage as "absolutely classic Madonna," calling it "the raunchiest stuff she has ever done. It leaves nothing to the imagination and will be very controversial."
The duo will reportedly appear in the beginning wrapped in bandages, which will be unfurled by thong-wearing male dancers. By the end, Madge and Brit will be "almost naked apart from tiny leather bondage pants and knee-high boots." After that, the source says the pair will "dance closely together, pressing their hands and bodies together."
In 2003, Madonna and Britney Spears made headlines by locking lips during a performance together at the MTV awards show. Many viewed it as a passing of the torch -- via tongue -- with Madonna handing down her pop queen title to Britney (and Christina Aguilera, who also got a smooch from Madonna).
For starters, I must admit that I have never been a Tori Spelling fan. I don’t know if maybe I judged her too harshly. Probably. But a few weeks ago I couldn’t find anything to watch on TV (yes I know, hard to believe with 500 channels) and I saw her reality show was about to come on. I decided to watch it for the hell of it. I may not be a fan of hers, but I always was curious about her.
I had heard that she was raised in the biggest mansion California has ever seen. I thought she was an only child. (I now know differently thanks to the book.) And I thought she was daddy’s little girl. I knew that her father made just about every TV show I watched from the 70’s through the 90’s and that he was a very talented man. Other than that, I knew nothing.
As I sat there watching her reality show, I began to get a different perspective of her and actually felt guilty for pre-judging her. Who was I not to like her? She seemed sweet and very down to earth; Very real. What I couldn’t understand was why her and her husband were struggling to buy a home and they were currently living in a rental. I mean…with all that wealth and all. How could this be possible? I began to wonder if it was all a put on for the audience of her reality show.
In the episode of her reality show that I was watching, she mentioned that her book had just come out. She was sitting with a friend on the couch and they were discussing it and how her x husband and her mother were going to be infuriated by it.
Hook, line and sinker. She got me. The next week I went to the library to get the book
I thought the book would be more about her life. It did share much of her life with us, but what it really was about, is her relationships. One that was highlighted was her relationship with her mother. It seemed to be the central theme.
Turns out Tori was not raised in that huge mansion, but her family did live there. Yes, her father is worth a disgusting amount of money, and no he did not leave her any. Well…he did. Something like eight-hundred thousand dollars of it; after taxes about four-hundred thousand. Yes I know that’s a lot of money, but that is equivalent to about $5 for Mr. Spelling. So what happened to all his money? That question is never answered. But I take it may have something to do with her mothers affair with a man that was a con artist and part of the reason Mr. Spelling died. Now don’t take my word for it, I wasn’t there.
The story is sad. Tori comes across very lonely and insecure. There were parts of the book where I felt so sorry for her. So saddened to see a young girl have so much but so little at the same time. Her relationships with men sickened me and made me want to shake her in hopes of waking her up to see reality. But over all, she is no different than you and me. Simple, humble, and without much money now days.
Her relationship with her mother reminded me of my relationship with mine. You can tell her mother played a real number on her. I hope that lady reads the book and wakes up to realize she needs to love her daughter. You can feel Tori’s pain just reading her words.
Would I recommend the book? Yes and no. It’s not an intellectual read or even a good read, but it’s her life.
I give the book 3 stars.
